Runtastic FRIGID
Date: Late January
Location: Provo, UT
Events: 5K and Penguin Plunge
Beautiful: Break free from those winter running blues on the course along the Provo River Trail with views of the Provo River and tranquil, frozen Utah Lake.
Fast: Go for a PR as you race around the park on this flat, fast course.
Fun: Are you brave enough to jump into a frigid Utah lake for the Polar Plunge? Ultimate bragging rights for the rest of the year!
Runtastic DINO
Date: May 4th
Location: Vernal, UT
Events: Half Marathon, 5K, Kids Run
Beautiful: Half marathoners will love the views running down beautiful Dry Fork Canyon with the striking backdrop of the red rocks.
Fast: Conquer a staggering 2,855 feet of elevation drop on the half marathon course.
Fun: Be the fastest male or female to run the marked half-mile section of the course (miles 6.2 to 6.7) and win the Sprintasaurus Award! Plus dinosaur mascots and a foam-machine await you at the finish line.
Runtastic Run of Remembrance
Date: Memorial Day
Location: American Fork, UT
Events: 10K, 5K, 1 Mile
Beautiful: Honor the memory of our heroes in the serene Robinson Park, surrounded by the picturesque backdrop of the Wasatch Front in American Fork, UT.
Fast: Test your speed on the fast, 1 Mile race course.
Fun: Embrace the patriotic spirit of the holiday with the color guard, the national anthem, a gun salute to start the race, and a course adorned with American flags.
Runtastic TIMP
Date: June 22nd
Location: American Fork, UT
Events: Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, Kids Run (Kids ½ Mile)
Beautiful: Start the morning with the sun rising against the serene beauty of Tibble Fork Reservoir before racing down American Fork Canyon along the river under a canopy of trees.
Fast: Race down the USATF certified half marathon course with a 1,691’ drop. All races will run their last mile through the “Memory Mile”, with signs dedicated to the loved ones in our lives who are fighting or have fought cancer.
Fun: Before sunrise, half marathoners will have the chance to participate with flashlights in a meditative “Light the Night” moment of silence to honor cancer fighters and survivors. Then enjoy the Acoustics of the Canyon with an Electric Guitar Rendition of the National Anthem before the start of the race.
American Fork STEEL DAYS Run
Date: July 27th
Location: American Fork, UT
Events: 10K, 5K, Kids Run
Beautiful: Bask in the beauty of the American Fork Trail with views of Utah Valley’s impressive mountain ranges.
Fast: Experience this fast-paced course with competitive records set over the past 25 years.
Fun: Take home a unique fork-shaped winner’s medal and enjoy the anticipation of carnival rides and parades during the Steel Days festivities to celebrate the city of American Fork.
Runtastic HEBER
Date: August 3rd
Location: Heber, UT
Events: Half Marathon, 5K, ½ Mile
Beautiful: Immerse yourself in the scenic beauty of Heber Valley, surrounded by Aspen trees and breathtaking views of Mount Timpanogos.
Fast: Discover the fastest course in our lineup with a 3,381ft elevation drop on the half marathon course, which is also USATF Certified.
Fun: When you run Heber you are running for autism. Donations will be made to a charity that provides teaching and service for children with autism and their families. Join in the ½ Mile all-abilities run and play in the foam machine after the finish line.
Runtastic NEBO
Date: September 7th
Location: Payson, UT
Events: Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, 5K
Beautiful: Chase the sunrise over the ridgeline as you cruise down Payson Canyon with picturesque views with the changing colors of the fall leaves.
Fast: Conquer the only marathon in our line-up with a staggering 4,561 foot elevation drop!
Fun: Relish your accomplishment in the finisher’s park with family and friends, take pictures at our various backdrops, and receive age group medals on a grand stage.
Runtastic HAUNTED
Date: October 19th Haunted SLC (26th) Haunted Provo
Locations: Salt Lake City, UT & Provo, UT
Events: Half Marathon, 5K, Kids Run
Beautiful: Whether in Salt Lake City’s Emigration Canyon or Provo Canyon’s scenic trail, both races offer hauntingly beautiful views, with a spectacular finish line under a giant pumpkin arch.
Fast: Enjoy the fast downhill half marathon course with spooky skeleton mile markers taunting you with signs along the way.
Fun: Embrace the Halloween spirit with costume contests for free race entries, pumpkin arches, and a spine-chilling spook alley tunnel at the finish.
Runtastic THANKFUL
Date: Thanksgiving Day
Location: Lehi, UT
Events: Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, Kids Run
Beautiful: Race on the Jordan River Parkway Trail and through the Thanksgiving Point Golf Course in beautiful Lehi.
Fast: Our Thanksgiving race is not only a feast for the eyes but also a fast race to get home and not miss any Thanksgiving dinner!
Fun: Express your thanks with participant-submitted gratitude signs along the course and then savor pumpkin pie and hot cocoa at the finish line.
And as a bonus, we pride ourselves on our finisher medals and swag being second to none to mark your incredible achievement on every race course and distance! Plus, run three or more half marathons in a year and earn your Trilogy Medal to celebrate the accomplishment.
