Runtastic is not liable for the loss or damage of any belongings that are put in the Drop Bag, left along a course or at an Aid Station. There is inherent risk to using the Drop Bag service so please only put in the bag or leave at an Aid Station items that do not have personal, essential or great value. (Like your car keys!)

If you lose an item at the race, please visit the Blue Runtastic Information Tent during the event to see if it has been turned in.

DROP AT START—PICK-UP AT FINISH: Announcements will be made to drop your bag at the start line in the designated bins or bag trailer/vehicle 15 minutes before the start of the race and will be taken to the Finish Line Bag Pick-Up Corral. You can retrieve your bag after you finish using your race bib.

MILE MARKER & AID STATION DROPS: Bags and clothing left along the course will be picked up by the clean-up crew and thrown away or donated.

AID STATIONS: Please drop unwanted clothing items along the course ONLY in marked bins at Mile Marker 1, Mile Marker 2, Aid Station #1, and Aid Station #2 of each race. Bags and clothing left at an Aid Station Clothing Drop will be taken to the Finish Bag Pick-Up Corral, but may not arrive until close to the end of the event. We are not responsible for any lost items.

Items left along the course and not at a designated drop-off spot will be picked up by the clean-up crew and thrown away or donated.

LOST ITEMS: As a courtesy service, all clothing and bags that are not picked up at the Finish Bag Pick-up Corral during the race will be taken to Runtastic’s main office at 50 North Center St. American Fork, UT 84003.

Participants are welcome to come look through the clothing during those times. Runtastic hopes that participants can recover any lost items but does not have the resources to look for items lost.

RACE AMENITIES

PHOTOS

Look for our photographers at the start line, along the course, finish line, photo backdrops in the runner’s corral, and at the awards stage. Please make sure your bib number is visible to more easily search for your photos. Your social media sized pictures are included with your registration and can be downloaded after the race HERE.

TIMING AND BIBS

The NEBO Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K races will be professionally timed. The chips will be attached to the back of your bib number. Please don’t wrinkle or stuff the bib in your pocket.

The Top Three Overall male and female finishers will be determined by gun time (regular timing). The Age Group awards will be determined by using Chip Time.

  • Gun Time is the time elapsed from the sound of the gun to the finish line.
  • Chip Time is the real time from when the runner crosses the starting line to crossing the finish line.

Results are available in the following ways:

  • On screen at the gray Results Trailer
  • Printing your time and placement at the Results Trailer
  • Online at Results

NOTE: If you alter or damage your chip your time may not be read correctly. Wear your bib on the outermost layer of clothing.

Race Joy has been enabled for all Runtastic NEBO races. Get updates along the course and let your loved ones know exactly where you are along the course. Check out the RaceJoy website for more information.
