BEFORE RACE – 11 AM to 7 PM
All runners MUST pick up their race packets at the expo BEFORE coming to the start line.

Park at or near the expo, pick up your packet, and walk over to the start line.

COURSE: 2.25 Laps around Sugar House Park:
LAP 1: Stay in the OUTSIDE Lane
LAP 2: Stay in the INSIDE Lane
FINISH LAP: Last 400 meters to the Finish (Stay in the INSIDE Lane)
– Turn down the street by the lake and into the Spook Alley Tunnel
AID STATION: If needed, an aid station table with Redmond Re-Lyte and water will be available at the start line and at the beginning of each lap.
