  • WHERE CAN I POST MY RACE RESULTS?

  • HOW DO I RECORD MY MILES?

    You will record your miles on the results page. You can do it daily,  or you can do it once a week. Don’t forget to record your miles, medals and medallions are sent out IF you complete the challenge of at least 50 miles

  • DO I HAVE TO RUN OR CAN I WALK?

    You can Run, Walk, Runwalk, Bike, and even Swim any way you can to get the miles. It’s your challenge, as long as you are purposefully moving and logging miles, it counts.

  • DO I HAVE TO RUN/WALK OUTSIDE?

    You can go outside, inside, on your roof, in your basement, treadmill, or around the house. Any way you can get your miles in, count!

  • DO MY MILES COUNT FROM BEFORE THE START DATE OF MY CHALLENGE?

    No, you can only log miles from the corresponding challenge dates. You can however add previous dates from the date you registered.

    • Winter 2020 Challenge – Dec. 21 to Mar. 19 2021

    • Summer 2021 Challenge – June 20 to September 22, 2021
  • CAN I RUN,WALK,BIKE,SWIM MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY?

    Yes, just make sure you select NEW ACTIVITY. You can break your miles up several times a day. It counts too!

  • CAN I RUN/WALK MORE THAN THE GOAL I SET?

    Yes! The minimum is 50 miles but you can keep running until you reach 1000 miles.

  • WHEN DO I GET THOSE COOL MILESTONES PINS?

    You get one for each milestone. One every time you reach 50, 100, 200, 500, and 1000.

    Don’t forget to log your miles, milestone medallions and medals are sent out IF you complete your challenge of at least 50 miles

  • HOW MANY TREES CAN I HELP PLANT?

    You get 1 tree planted just for signing up and more for each milestone you reach! You also have an option to donate to the cause as well and for every dollar, you donate you plant one tree.

  • CAN I USE VOLUNTEER CREDIT FOR THE VIRTUAL RUN?

    Yes you can now use volunteer hours for virtual races. Check out of volunteer page for details.

  • HOW DO I CHANGE RACE CATEGORIES?

    There are no category changes for the 4 Seasons Challenge.

Common Trouble Shooting Questions for Recording Miles

  • I NEED TO ENTER MY NEXT RUN BUT I KEEP ENTERING IT AND MY PREVIOUS RUN DISAPPEARS, HOW DO I FIX IT?

    In this example, you are overwriting the previous run. Instead, keep the data the same for the previous run, and click ADD ANOTHER ACTIVITY in order to add your next run/walk. You will continue to do this every time you add a run/walk.

  • I DID NOT GET MY LINK, HOW DO I LOG MY MILES?

    You must be logged into your RunSignUp account that you used to register for the challenge. You can also go to the Results Page and select Submit Virtual Results.

  • WHEN I SEARCH MY NAME IT DOES NOT COME UP TO ENTER VIRTUAL RESULTS OR IT SAYS I DON'T HAVE PERMISSION.

    You must be logged into the same RunSignUp account that you registered with.

  • I DON'T SEE THE DATE WHEN I TRY TO LOG MY RESULTS, WHY NOT?

    Once you get into the results page, you have to click Add Another Activity. You have to do this every time you log an activity. The time and distance on the right is the total time and distance. It will automatically add that up for you and you don’t have to enter anything.

  • I RAN AGAIN TODAY, HOW DO I ENTER THE SECOND ENTRY OF RESULTS?

    In the results page, select Add Another Activity. DO NOT JUST OVERWRITE THE PREVIOUS ACTIVITY OR IT WILL DISAPPEAR. Each time you do a new run/bike/swim, you need to select Add Another Activity. At the end of the challenge, If you run once per day and have 62 runs, you will see all 62 activities in the submit results page. Do not overwrite them.

  • I MADE A MISTAKE ON ENTERING MY RESULTS, HOW DO I CHANGE IT?

    In this example, you can go in and overwrite the mistake. Don’t just enter it again correctly, you have to overwrite the incorrect data.

  • I ENTERED MY RESULTS BUT I DON'T SEE THEM IN THE LISTING.

    The results take a few minutes to update. If it has been a few minutes, double-check you are looking at the correct race. There is a drop-down box called Result Set – choose that to switch between events and years. The default is the Winter Challenge 2021. If you still don’t see your results, see the below post on being anonymous.

  • MY WIFE/FRIEND/MOTHER REGISTERED ME, HOW DO I MOVE THAT TO MY ACCOUNT?

  • I AM LISTED AS ANONYMOUS IN THE RESULTS, WHY?

    When you create an account, you have an option to be listed as anonymous in results. If you do not want this, go into your RunSignUp profile and click to edit your profile. You will see a checkbox at the bottom that you want to UNCHECK to be listed again.
