Sponsor/Vendor/Volunteer Coordinator
Location: American Fork, UT
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sponsor/Vendor/Volunteer Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the success of our events by overseeing three key areas: sponsorships, vendors, and volunteers.
Responsibilities:
- Sponsorships:

- Research and identify potential sponsors that align with our brand and events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Create compelling sponsorship packages and proposals.
- Negotiate and secure sponsorships for various events.
- Coordinate sponsor activation and visibility during events.
- Vendors

- Identify and recruit vendors that complement the event atmosphere.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Organize vendor logistics, including booth assignments, setup, and breakdown.
- Collaborate with vendors to enhance participant experience.
- Ensure a diverse and engaging vendor lineup at each event.
- Volunteers

- Develop and implement a comprehensive volunteer recruitment strategy.
- Recruit, train, and organize volunteers for various roles during events.
- Coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments.
- Provide ongoing communication and support to volunteers.
- Recognize and appreciate volunteers for their contributions.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sponsor/vendor coordination and volunteer management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the running and event industry is a plus.
