What running looks like during Quarantine.
None of the training that you have done was a waste. You have trained and it was for something.
1. Don’t go out for a run or walk if you are sick
2. Practice your local social distancing guidelines
3. Do run single file unless there is enough space to do so
4. Do alter your route or time of day you run if you find it is very busy at your regular running time
5. Carry your own fluids and other items with you
