Graphic Designer
Job Description
Runtastic Events is looking for a a full time or part time graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of mediums.
This exciting position is integral to the marketing and operations success of the company, dealing with a wide variety of designs from T-shirts and medals to marketing and social media graphics.
Coordinate with the various company teams for fluidity and on-time deliveries.

Expectations
- Study graphic trends and implement them into projects
- Adhere to projects deadlines and defined budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Take lead on group brainstorming and concept ideations
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
- Follow branding rules using appropriate colors and layouts for each project
- Work with copywriters and teammates to produce striking layouts and graphics
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Callout design and graphic parameters
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Skills
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Expertise with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Passionate about the outdoors, health, and wellness
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
Job Type
Compensation: Varies based on experience and whether full time or time.
- Full Time: Salary
- Part Time: Hourly
Schedule: Typically 9am – 5pm. In office 2-3 times a week. Remote work allowed.
