Job Title: Graphic Designer – Runtastic Events (Contract Position)

Duration: February – June 2024

Location: Remote

Are you a creative and talented Graphic Designer with a passion for running and fitness? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team on a contract basis as we gear up for our upcoming running events. As a Graphic Designer for our running event company, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning designs for finisher and award medals, as well as eye-catching graphics for race shirts.

Responsibilities:

Design unique and memorable finisher and award medals for race winners that capture the spirit and essence of each event.
Create captivating and dynamic graphics for race shirts that participants will proudly wear.
Collaborate with our team to understand the theme and branding of each event and incorporate it into your designs.
Ensure all designs align with our company’s standards and resonate with our diverse participant base.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on sports or fitness-related projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a must; experience with other design tools is a plus.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with an emphasis on medal and apparel design.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design trends.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Contract Details:

The contract will be for the period of February through June 2024.
Compensation will be on a per-project basis, with agreed-upon rates for each design assignment.
Work will be primarily remote, with occasional virtual team meetings.
