Did you miss the 2019 Dino Half and race medal? Join us as we Outrun Extinction for the Virtual Dino Half 2019 Flashback and qualify for the Triassic Trifecta medal!
The Triassic Trifecta is a three-year race series for 2019, 2020, and 2021. Each year’s medal will feature a different dinosaur from the Triassic period – 2019 was the year of the Tanystropheus!
All good things must come to an end…including the 2019 Virtual Dino Half Flashback! You have until March 15 register and complete by May 8th to earn the 2019 medal and qualify for the Triassic Trifecta!

How to Complete the Virtual Run
1. Register to run the virtual 2019 Half Marathon.
2. Run or walk your chosen distance whenever! You can run indoors, outdoors, or on your treadmill.
3. Don’t forget to report your time to be added to our Virtual Dino Flashback Results. The results are just for fun but see where you rank. Submit your Results >
4. Don’t forget to show off your achievement by sharing your photos and tagging us @runtasticevents and using #DinoFlashback on social media.
Download your Digital Race Bib
You will be able to access them in two ways. One way is through your Profile under the Upcoming Events Tab through the View Pre-Race Bib link.
The second way is via the Pre-Race Bib tab on your Registration Management page by logging onto RunSignup, navigating to Profile > Upcoming Events > Manage Registration > Pre-Race Bib.
Submit your Race Results
For tracking your distance and time, you can use whatever app or system that works best for you. All we need is the finish time. Your confirmation email will have a link to register your race results. Submit your results: Here

Triassic Trifecta Medal
All good things must come to an end…including the 2019 Virtual Dino Half Flashback! You have until the end of the year to register and complete the virtual race to earn the 2019 Dino Half Medal and qualify for the Triassic Trifecta!
Don’t let your shot at the Triassic Trifecta go extinct!
NOTE: Virtual Flashback Races do not count toward a trilogy medal. The Virtual Dino Half Flashback only counts toward the Triassic Trifecta Medal. The Triassic Trifecta only applies to the Half Marathon, so make sure to register for the Half in 2020 and 2019 to qualify for the Triassic Medal. (At least one race must be in person)
