What does eating healthy really mean? 
I bet if you asked 100 different people what good nutrition or healthy eating means, you will likely get 100 different answers. Some people think good nutrition means eating fewer sugary desserts, others think it means eating more fruits and vegetables, others think it means eating less meat or fewer carbs, restricting calories, etc! Healthy eating can vary between very nutrient dense food and having a variety of foods in your repertoire. When it really comes down to the basics, understanding what helps sustain your life and makes you feel good now is what is most important. Eating healthy has many benefits to those who are committed to their bodies well being.
Consistency 
My biggest advice is... find something that you can stick to (consistency) and make it work for you! For some keeping greens in their fridge motivates them to always be implementing them into their life. For others focusing on foods that make it easy to be healthy, like whole grains, home grown vegetables or fresh fish, meat and poultry. Find something that can be a realistic lifestyle change, not a quick fix! Stick to it! Nutrition feels confusing right now because there is so much information out there. It really doesn't have to be though.
Desire 
Eat more nourishing foods because you want to, not because you have to. This is the barrier between most people who are at a stand still in their journey to health. Fuel your body so it can perform the way you want to!
