Brain Training: Keep Showing up
Desiree Linden, the Olympic Marathon said, “Somedays it just flows and I feel like I am born to do this, other days it feels like I am trudging through hell. Every day I make the choice to show up and see what I’ve got and to try to be better.”
Here is my advice and keep showing up. It is easy to doubt and believe where we are currently is where we will be. Somewhere along the way, I decided to believe in myself. As my goals grew my belief continued to grow with it and my time grew faster.
One day does not determine the goal. Success is about never giving up.
