It has been really easy to fall into a funk both mentally and physically given the current state that we are in. One of the things that have helped me tremendously is staying consistent with my workouts. Do my workouts today look like my workouts at the beginning of the year? Absolutely not, but I changed my routine to what it is today and have kept going.
1. Consistency
My current routine involves much more running, I committed to doing at least one 5k every day for the month of April. #IRunResponsibly
2. Adapting
For the strength portion of my workouts, I use what is around the house. My sandbag has been a highly utilized item and we have become good friends. Get creative and find something that works for you and crush it!
