HAUNTED Salt Lake City & HAUNTED Provo

Double the costumes, double the canyon miles, double the spooky fun — Utah’s largest Halloween running tradition is back, with 2 NEW Friday Night 5Ks!

Start each HAUNTED weekend with a spooky Friday Night 5K. Run both of these 5K races in SLC 10/16 and Provo 10/30 to lock your two ghost finisher medals together.

For the HAUNTED Saturday races, both feature a downhill Half Marathon through Utah’s most scenic canyons — fly from Emigration Canyon into HAUNTED Salt Lake City on October 17, 2026, or race down Provo Canyon for HAUNTED Provo on October 31, 2026. Each location also offers a 5K and Kids Run on Saturday morning so the whole family can join the fun.

No matter which race you haunt, you’ll score a scary ghost medal, celebrate at a festive finish line, and make memories that will stick with you (in the best way).
