REFUNDS
Due to extensive logistical planning and commitments made in the race production process, we have a no refund policy. We do understand though that unforeseen injuries and other responsibilities come up and therefore provide options to transfer categories, transfer participants, or defer to another Runtastic Event. All transfers must be done before the race.
To transfer to another distance (event), race, participant, or defer to next year, click on the Manage Registration button above to login to your account. You can then choose to:
- Transfer Events (change the distance within this race)
- Transfer to another runner
- Transfer to another Runtastic race
- Defer registration (next year’s TIMP)
Transfers done for the second time will need to be handled by our team. Please email info@runtasticevents.com.
Deferrals done for the second time can be done within your account under Manage Registration.
If you purchased the Unlimited Package, those races are NOT transferrable. All deferrals, transfers to other runners, or to other races from this package will not be honored.

CATEGORY TRANSFER
Transfer from one “event” distance to another within the same race.

There is a $10 FEE* to transfer to another category
*Plus the price difference of the new event distance
PARTICIPANT TRANSFER
Transfer your registration to another person. This is the ONLY allowed way to sell or give someone your bib number.
Participant Transfer Deadline: Thursday, June 19, 2025
*No fee to transfer, might pay a price difference for the new race/event
Selling or giving away a bib number without completing the Online Participant Transfer is not allowed and will result in the disqualification of both the original bib owner and the runner using the bib number.
Both runners could be prohibited from participation in a Runtastic Events race for a minimum of one year.
DEFERRALS & RACE TRANSFERS
Defer to next year’s TIMP race or another Runtastic Event

VOLUNTEER DISCOUNT

(All volunteer points earned can be used at any future race.)
MULTI-RUNNER DISCOUNT
Sign up four or more people in one transaction, and a discount of $2.50 per person will be applied at checkout. (Discount only applies if all participants are registered in the same transaction.)
MULTI-EVENT DISCOUNT
Sign up for two or more races in one transaction and get a discount. (Must be in the same transaction.)
DISCOUNT CODES
To use a discount code, you must sign up each race distance and person individually to avoid the multi-event and multi-runner discounts overriding the code.

We have a strict NO REFUND POLICY, so please check that your discounts are correct before you check out.
