Each race has a limited number of volunteer shifts available. Tasks are available on a first-come, first-served basis for registration. When you complete a task at a Runtastic event, you will earn “volunteer points.” The points will be added to the volunteer’s account on our “Volunteer Redemption Site,” where they can request to redeem them for race entries at future events or swag/merch.
Volunteer tasks are assigned a point value based on time, length, and difficulty, and these values may vary from race to race. Tardiness or leaving early can impact your points unless the task is completed early. If you go above and beyond to help finish an unfinished task, you may earn additional points with approval from the task supervisor or Volunteer Coordinator. Points are typically added to volunteer accounts within 7–10 business days after the event, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your points have been credited to your account.

Arrangements can be made to pick up Swag/Merch at a race EXPO or by appointment at our American Fork office.
*Before redeeming points for a race, the full amount of points for the desired race distance must be available in the volunteer’s account. Partial points cannot be used.
