Aid Station Manager
Job Description
Runtastic Events is seeking an Aid Station Manager who will ensure runners have all the right resources and aid needs is essential for a successful event. Join the team and be a key player in successful races across Utah.
Position Objective and Description:
The aid station manager will be expected oversee all aspects of the aid stations including equipment and personnel management. All necessary equipment will be provided.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Prep Aid Station Trailer 2 days before the event
-Verify and Coordinate Volunteers the week of the event
-Drop off each Aid Station’s equipment the morning of the event
-Check on each Aid Station before runners arrive to make sure volunteers are there, Aid Station has been set-up correctly, and Volunteers understand their duties.
-Provide additional help to volunteers as needed
-Pick up Aid Station equipment after the last runners
-Drop off trash
-Return Aid Station Equipment to the Runtastic Warehouse
Qualifications
-Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record
-Can lift 60 lbs above head
-Doesn’t have any mobility problems
-Experienced in driving/backing up trucks with trailers
-Personable and good communication skills
Job Type: Part Time (Race Day)
Salary: $20-$25 an hour
