What does Tidey Ocean Do?
We intercept and recover plastic waste before it reaches the ocean.
Tidey Ocean collects harmful plastics to protect our ocean. We work in developing countries where the ocean plastic crisis is the worst, unemployment is high, and wages are low. We hire, empower, and give fair pay to workers and support cleaner and more prosperous communities.
For every $50 donated, 50 pounds of plastic is prevented from leaking into the ocean AND 1 fair pay workday is funded for someone in an impoverished community.
