REFUNDS
Due to extensive logistical planning and commitments made in the race production process, we have a no refund policy. We do understand though that unforeseen injuries and other responsibilities come up and therefore provide options to transfer categories, transfer participants, or defer to another Runtastic Event.
TRANSFERS
We do allow transfers to a different category, event, or different year.
All transfers and deferrals need to be done BEFORE the event. The dates and deadlines for transfers and deferrals can be found below.
To transfer to another race/event, participant or defer to next year, click on the participant self management button, Click manage registration and then
- Transfer Event
- Transfer to another runner
- Transfer to another race
- Defer registration (next year’s THANKFUL)
For a 2nd transfer, it has to be done manually, please email info@runtasticevents.com. 2nd Deferrals can be done with the participant self management button.
If you purchased the unlimited package-those races are NOT transferrable. All deferrals, transfers to other runners or other races will not be honored.
RACE CATEGORY TRANSFER
Transfer from one distance category to another.
Category Transfer Deadline: Saturday, November 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM
FEE: $10 + the price difference of the new race
*No refunds or credits for switching to a different event
PARTICIPANT TRANSFER
Transfer your registration to another person. This is the official allowed way to sell or transfer your bib number.
Participant Transfer Deadline: Saturday, November 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM
FEE: Price difference of the new race
Selling or giving away a bib-number without completing the “Online Participant Transfer” is not allowed and will result in disqualification of both the original bib owner and the runner using the bib number.
Both runners could be prohibited from participation in a Runtastic Events race for a minimum of one year.
*If your transfer or deferral has been completed, you will receive a message on the website and a confirmation email.
DEFERRALS
Defer to next year’s event or to another Runtastic Event.
Deferral Deadline: Saturday, November 23, 2025, at 11:59 PM
FEE: $10 + the price difference of the new race

Volunteer Discount
Running community — we need YOU! We have many opportunities at all ten of our events to earn volunteer points to use for race entries or swag! Whether you run our races or come to cheer on your favorite runners, we would love to have you join us! Sign up to help support all our Runtastic runners.
(Volunteer points can be used for any future race.)
Multi-Runner Discount
A multiple runner discount is added at the check out for 4 or more runners. Sign up 4+ people in one transaction and get $2.50 off per person. (Discount only applies if it is in the same transactions).
Multi-Event Discount
Sign up for 2+ races in one transaction and get a discount. (Discount only applies if it is in the same transaction.)
To use a discount code, you must sign up each race and person individually, otherwise the multiple races and multiple person discounts override any discount code.
We have a strict no refund policy. Please check that your are correct discounts before you check out.
