1. Continue Training
Keep Running! If you are like me and you were training for a marathon, don’t quit! Continuing your training program, even if your race is postponed, can help you get through this time. By running you not only keep yourself healthy, but it can also help with not going stir crazy as well.
2. Get Outside
I suggest getting outside as much as possible and getting those miles in. When race day comes, grab that hydration vest and run your own marathon!
